These are initial terms for DEV1 and early PROD preparation. They are intended to set clear expectations, but they are not final lawyer-reviewed legal terms for broad public launch.

What Phrasis is

Phrasis is a lightweight phrase-sheet study tool. It helps generate practice material for real language situations, such as meetings, interviews, travel, exams, or everyday conversations.

Generated content may be imperfect

Phrase sheets are generated with AI and may contain mistakes, unnatural phrasing, missing context, or unsuitable suggestions. You should review generated content before relying on it.

Learning support, not professional advice

Phrasis is for language-learning support. Generated phrase sheets are not legal, medical, financial, immigration, employment, academic, or other professional advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you enter into the app and how you use generated phrase sheets. Avoid entering sensitive personal details unless they are truly necessary for your own study.

Acceptable use

Do not try to bypass access controls, rate limits, admin protections, or security measures.
Do not scrape, overload, abuse, or interfere with the service.
Do not use Phrasis to create harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.

Availability

During DEV1 and early launch, the service may change, pause, break, or be removed without notice. Features, models, limits, and saved data behavior may change as the product develops.
